Founded by Lucas Canabarro, All Ranks had its start in the Brazilian Army, where Lucas trained and managed more than 500 soldiers. The leadership, integrity, and discipline skills Lucas acquired in this time laid the foundation for the success of All Ranks today. Our complete site management service covers everything you need from general labour to site managers. Our site managers are seasoned professionals who prioritize safety, efficiency and staying within budget. They will lead and manage the bump in and bump out process with multiple suppliers and are trained to tackle any issues that may pop up.

Our team supervisors have at least two years’ events experience, so they know their stuff when it comes to venues and events. Our crew rely on a range of experienced HR/MR drivers and certified operators that can manage forklifts, elevated working platforms manitou and any other plant machinery under request. No job is too complicated for our fully capable team, so when dealing with complicated sites and hazards they do so with the highest safety standards in place.
